Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide from our location in Germany. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international shipments outside the European Union. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the product. You will see the final shipping fee before completing your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 2–5 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–15 business days (depending on location and customs processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, courier disruptions).
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment has been received. This does not apply, if there’s a different lead time given in the product description. For made-to-order or customized products, processing time may be longer. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Carrier
We ship using reliable international couriers (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx). The carrier is chosen based on destination and order size.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
